Can I modify or cancel my order after I have placed it?
No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Again, please choose wisely!

How will you ship my items?
Most items are shipped VIA UPS/FEDEX Ground (most affordable/reliable method). Others may be shipped VIA the USPS or by motor freight. Most items usually ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. If for whatever reason, the item ordered is on back order, we will notify you by email. There is a flat rate of $5.00 shipping charge on all orders placed within the continental U.S. We can usually ship products to Alaska & Hawaii, Virgin Islands and other areas outside the continental U.S. However, these items will require special handling. If you place an order from these areas, we will contact you to confirm the method of shipping and cost, prior to fulfilling the order. Some areas OUTSIDE the continental U.S., such as the Virgin Islands and other islands, i.e. Florida Keys, may not be able to have shipments from us. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
